Kart AI provides an AI-powered sales agent platform that enables businesses to automatically respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages using artificial intelligence and product catalog data.

3. Meta Platform Compliance

By using Kart AI's messaging features, you agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy
• Comply with Meta Platform Terms
• Only send messages to customers who have opted in to receive messages from your business
• Not use the platform for spam, misleading content, or prohibited industries

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You must not share your account with unauthorized users

5. Subscription and Billing

• Kart AI operates on a subscription model with monthly or annual billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Message usage beyond plan limits will incur additional charges
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of payment

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Kart AI to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Engage in any activity that violates Meta's platform policies

7. AI-Generated Content

Kart AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI responses and enabling human handover for sensitive situations. Kart AI is not liable for any damages caused by AI-generated content sent to your customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kart AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kart AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
