3. Meta Platform Integration

Kart AI integrates with Meta's platforms (WhatsApp Cloud API, Messenger API, Instagram Messaging API). By connecting your Meta accounts, you authorize us to:

• Receive messages sent to your WhatsApp number, Facebook Page, and Instagram account
• Send messages on your behalf using AI-generated responses
• Access your Page and account information necessary for the service

We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Message data is used exclusively to provide AI reply functionality and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted storage of access tokens and sensitive credentials
• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Access controls limiting who can view your data
• Regular security audits and updates

Access tokens for Meta platforms are stored in encrypted form and are used solely to operate your connected channels.

Customer message data is retained for up to 90 days to provide conversation history and improve AI responses. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion:

• Your business data is deleted within 30 days
• Message logs are deleted within 90 days
• Access tokens are immediately revoked and deleted

• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Portability: Export your data in a readable format
• Disconnect: Remove connected Meta accounts at any time from your dashboard
